Wearing your strap on a daily basis can cause it to accumulate odors from sweat, skin oil, and dirt. We recommend alternating your straps on a regular basis as you would a fine belt or shoes.
Try to avoid excessive exposure to dirt and sweat. We cannot be held responsible or liable for damage caused by improper use or negligence.
When you’re not wearing your strap, store the strap flat.
Depending on your location, sales tax may or may not be collected based on whether your state’s specified threshold for remote sellers was reached by us. If your state’s remote seller’s threshold was reached, then sales tax will automatically be applied at check out. You’ll have a chance to review the total before submitting your order.

Our international customers will not be charge state sales taxes, however you will be responsible for any import duties, customs, VAT, local taxes, etc charges you may incur.

International orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. This method includes a tracking number and takes approximately 7 – 10 business days in transit. If your package is inspected by customs, it may prolong the transit time.
We do not refund for lost, unclaimed, and undeliverable packages. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. Please verify your shipping address thoroughly before submitting your order.
You may return your strap within seven days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, unworn, and in the same original condition you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within the seven day return period and shipped promptly thereafter.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply email email@example.com and we will provide you with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (as outlined in the beginning of the refund terms). If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for your refund to post to your statement.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale or bespoke made to order items are final sales and cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning your item, we recommend using a shipping service that gives you a tracking number and/or you can also purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost shipments for items being returned to us for a refund. In this case, you should contact the shipping service you used and if you purchased shipping insurance, you can file a claim with them.
