Strap Care

Is my leather watch strap waterproof??
Leather is a very porous material and is not waterproof. An excess amount of water can damage the strap by causing it to discolor, stain, prematurely deteriorate, or warp. We always recommend removing the strap from your wrist before taking a shower, going for a swim, or participating in any other form of water activity. Use caution when you’re washing your hands.
What if my leather watch strap gets wet?
Pat the strap dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
What changes can I expect of my leather watch strap?
With normal wear, our straps will evolve over time. Eventually, the strap will absorb moisture from the air and sweat and oils from your skin and will most likely darken over time. This natural process will add to the overall aesthetics of your strap. With normal wear, your strap will also stretch a bit due to it’s natural properties.
How do I prolong the life of my leather watch strap?
Do not tighten your strap too much, otherwise it can cause premature wear to the area where the strap meets the buckle.

Wearing your strap on a daily basis can cause it to accumulate odors from sweat, skin oil, and dirt. We recommend alternating your straps on a regular basis as you would a fine belt or shoes.

Try to avoid excessive exposure to dirt and sweat. We cannot be held responsible or liable for damage caused by improper use or negligence.

When you’re not wearing your strap, store the strap flat.

How do I care for my Velour, Nubuck, suede leather watch strap?
Suede is easily penetrated and stained by water or any viscous substance such as body/hand lotion, soap, etc.  Try to gently brush off the strap before attempting to clean it.

Is my payment information secure?
Your payment will be processed by the payment gateway of your choice – Stripe, Amazon Payments, or Blockonomics. We do not have access nor do we store your credit card information.

Why do I have to pay sales tax in Florida?

Do I have to pay sales tax outside of Florida?
On June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court ruled in South Dakota v. Wayfair, that states can require remote sellers to collect and remit sales or use tax on sales delivered to locations within their state regardless of the vendor’s physical presence.

Depending on your location, sales tax may or may not be collected based on whether your state’s specified threshold for remote sellers was reached by us. If your state’s remote seller’s threshold was reached, then sales tax will automatically be applied at check out. You’ll have a chance to review the total before submitting your order.

Do I have to pay state sales tax if I am located outside of the US?

Our international customers will not be charge state sales taxes, however you will be responsible for any import duties, customs, VAT, local taxes, etc charges you may incur.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping in the United States?
We offer free shipping within the United States.  US orders will be shipped via postal mail with tracking.  Expedited shipping is available and can be added/calculated upon checkout.  Expedited shipping refers to the shipping service only, not our order turnaround.

How much is international shipping?

International shipping cost will depend on the final destination.  You are responsible for any import duties, customs, VAT, local taxes, etc charges you may incur.  We are not responsible for any of the additional charges you might incur importing the package.

International orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.  This method includes a tracking number and takes approximately 7 – 10 business days in transit.  If your package is inspected by customs, it may prolong the transit time.

Please note:

We do not refund for lost, unclaimed, and undeliverable packages.  We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.  If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. Please verify your shipping address thoroughly before submitting your order.

How do I request a refund?

You may return your strap within seven days of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, unworn, and in the same original condition you received it.  The item must be returned in the original packaging.  Returns must be initiated within the seven day return period and shipped promptly thereafter.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Simply email and we will provide you with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (as outlined in the beginning of the refund terms).  If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  Please allow 7 – 14 business days for your refund to post to your statement.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.  Items on sale or bespoke made to order items are final sales and cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning your item, we recommend using a shipping service that gives you a tracking number and/or you can also purchase shipping insurance.  We are not responsible for any lost shipments for items being returned to us for a refund.  In this case, you should contact the shipping service you used and if you purchased shipping insurance, you can file a claim with them.
